Individual Wellness Sessions: I typically see clients virtually using Zoom once every two weeks for a minimum of six weeks, anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes based on need. After completing a six-session package, clients may opt to renew or to have single sessions as needed. I also offer single sessions on a schedule based on client need, which range from 45 to 60 minutes.
Group Coaching Sessions: I develop and offer virtual group book study sessions via Zoom where people can join in community healing based on themes that resonate with them. Sessions are on Monday nights every two weeks from 6:30-8:00 PM. The group I work with now includes brave women exploring and sharing their inner wisdom. There is no charge to be a part of this healing community, just the option for love donations as people are able to support planning efforts and the virtual platform that allows the group to flourish together.
My framework provides unique support for:
People in life transitions (e.g., considering changing professions or environment; navigating different life phases and shifts in relationships)
Those in caregiving positions (e.g., teaching, care for the young or the elderly)
Individuals living with chronic health diseases, issues, or concerns (e.g., autoimmune disease, hypertension)
People looking to implement lifestyle changes yet end up feeling trapped in old behavior patterns
Clients currently in therapy seeking assistance with creating actionable steps toward change
THE FIRST VISIT: The initial intake session lasts at least an hour as I find out more about the strategies clients have experienced in the past and what they have already learned about themselves that would help in sessions moving forward. I specialize in working with people with autoimmune and chronic conditions, and with those dealing with periods of transition in their lives looking to be held, heard and understood as they contemplate actionable, momentum-building steps.
